That's not all that's familiar about this year's SKC team: Like the Fire in so many years past, they're on the outside of the postseason looking in, as everything seems to have gone wrong in Kansas City, with little hope on the horizon. The Fire, meanwhile, are now a team with something unfamiliar from years past — expectations, including expectations of a win against bottom-of-table opponents.
