After an offseason that saw tremendous change in the front office and the squad, the Fire are set to begin their 2025 campaign in less than a week.

There is a palpable feeling of excitement around the team as Director of Football and Head Coach Gregg Berhalter has reworked the roster, turning over about half the team and bringing players from around the globe while making notable homegrown signings from the team’s re-energized academy. This is a new squad, and for the first time in decades, they can truly call the city home, practicing in a new, state-of-the-art performance center with Chicago’s famous skyline as a backdrop.
